Why your choice of page matters
- You know which product speaks for the store
- The page that best represents the offer is a judgment you already hold, and it is not one this site is in any position to make.
- A strong page sets a useful standard
- Once one page has been read, the reading gives you something concrete to hold other pages against.
- A clean read is a real result
- A page that reads cleanly is as useful an outcome as one where the readings disagree, and it is written up the same way.
The reading covers what a public product page presents to software: the product name, the price and its currency, the availability wording, the brand naming, the choices offered, and any public identifiers the page carries.
Strongest describes your choice of page and nothing else. It is not a claim about how the product performs, and no figure of any kind is inferred from it.

What the spotlight does not reach
- The product-page address you choose is already on public view. Any visitor to the store can open it, so bringing it here under the lights grants no further access.
- Never in the light. An installation, an administrator sign-in, an analytics connection, customer or order records, a password, a token.
- Then somewhere to send it. When the page is confirmed you supply an email address, which is where the finished record goes and the last thing asked of you.
- What is done. The page you chose is read for what the page shows a machine, and the record is sent back with the date. No engine is asked anything, and the store is left as it stands.
- Chose the wrong page. Enter a different address and it is lit and confirmed before anything is taken in.
After the first page
The first record is prepared at no charge, so the reading can be judged on its own merits. Further pages you select can be read the same way as fixed-scope work agreed in advance.

What the stage takes in

This notice sets out what Trepvets takes in at trepvets.com, what it does with it, and what you can ask for.
What is taken in
The product-page address you enter and the email address you enter. Also the routine technical details every browser sends with a request, among them the IP address, the browser identification and the time, which are written to server logs.
The session
Opening a page and then submitting it are two halves of one request. The two endpoints set one same-domain session cookie, PHPSESSID, marked Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, to hold the halves together. No other cookie is set, and no advertising or profiling cookie is set anywhere on this site.
What it is for
To prepare the record you asked for and send it to you, to reply to anything you write, to run and protect the site, and to improve the service and the messages sent. Related messages about the service may also go out, and writing to contact@trepvets.com stops those.
Who else handles it
Suppliers handling hosting, page rendering, storage, automation, security and email delivery may process it on our behalf, and so may anyone the law obliges us to disclose it to. Your email address is not published.
How long
As long as the uses above still call for it, and as long as the law requires it to be kept.
Asking us
Write to contact@trepvets.com to ask what is held or to stop the messages. This notice can be revised, and the date at the top marks the version in force.
Refunds after payment

Paid work from Trepvets is refundable in full for 30 days after payment. Ask by writing to contact@trepvets.com inside those 30 days, quoting the order or payment reference. Never send card numbers by email. The first record is prepared without payment, so nothing arises to refund on it.

The service
Trepvets reads one public product page the way software reads it and sends the resulting field table, with the date of the reading, to the email address you give. No answer engine is queried. The record describes what was seen on that day. It carries no promise about ranking, placement, traffic, revenue or any later outcome.
Your side
That the address you submit is a public product page you are entitled to pass on, and that the site is not used for anything unlawful.
Alterations
The service may be altered or paused at any point. Questions about these terms go to contact@trepvets.com.
